Paul’s focus is on high quality retail projects that can benefit from the outstanding relationships that he has with corporate real estate managers and their broker representatives. Over the past few years, Paul has completed more transactions with nationally and regionally recognized tenants in the Inland Empire marketplace than any other broker in this region.
Paul represents several high quality retail developers with their pre development and pre leasing efforts. He also represents Ralphs Grocery Company in the leasing of their excess property. He recently completed Coffee Bean, Walmart outparcel developments in Ontario, Hesperia, and Perris. Amongst these projects and others, he is also working on ground up grocery anchored projects in Riverside and Hesperia.

Paul Galmarini began his retail real estate career in 2007 working at RBI Retail Brokers in Riverside where he learned the basics of retail leasing; including both landlord and tenant representation. He joined Progressive Real Estate Partners in 2008 and was the first member of the PREP team. Paul’s diligent work ethic combined with his positive attitude has created outstanding results in a market that has been very challenging to most brokers. Paul has completed retail leases at shopping centers throughout the Inland Empire ranging from the Temecula Valley to the south, Victorville to the north, Azusa to the west, and Yucca Valley to the East. He has worked on community centers, numerous neighborhood centers as well as high quality strip centers and entertainment centers. In addition to leasing existing space, Paul focuses on pad developments that are suitable for tenants such as sit down restaurants, quick service food establishments, banks, convenience stores, and gas stations.
Paul has won Costar Power Broker award for leasing transaction volume in the Inland Empire eight separate occasions. Paul is fluent in French and Spanish.
Paul lives in Rancho Cucamonga with his wife and two children.
