Background

Greg specializes in representing sellers of Inland Empire retail investment properties and is one of the region’s top investment sale specialists. Greg has also earned the highly respected Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation, awarded to those who have completed advanced coursework in financial and market analysis while also demonstrating an extensive portfolio of completed investment sales transactions.

A native of the Inland Empire, Greg is able to leverage his extensive knowledge and understanding of the trade area to create maximum value for his clients. Greg has also represented buyers is acquiring assets throughout the United States, many of which were 1031 exchange transactions.

Greg is on the forefront of utilizing technology to improve his clients’ bottom line. For example, he and a colleague were amongst the first in the commercial brokerage community to create and implement “Why Buy Videos” on behalf of their clients. Why Buy Videos use a mixture of drone footage, high-definition professional photography, graphics, and a carefully crafted pitch by the broker to “tell the story” of a deal. These 60 to 90 second videos have proven to dramatically increase activity, ultimately leading to more offers and higher closing prices in many cases.

Greg graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a degree in Finance, Real Estate & Law where he was one of the founding officers of Cal Poly’s Real Estate Association.

Greg is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a past sitting board member of the Association of Commercial Real Estate Executives (ACRE).

Greg resides in Redlands with his wife, two sons, and their Golden Retriever.
