Gigi Rosiles is vital in implementing the high level of service that Progressive Real Estate Partners (PREP) provides to owners, tenants, and its brokers. She has outstanding organizational skills. She is responsible for insuring that the marketing services that we promise to our clients including signage, electronic property postings, and brochure production are completed in a prompt and accurate manner.
Gigi manages Progressive Real Estate Partner’s office through coordination of accounts payable and receivables, transaction compliance, escrow management, drafting of AIR leases and purchase and sales agreements, as well as managing our vendor relationships. Overall, her goal is to help our brokers best serve our clients.
Gigi is a licensed California real estate salesperson and she is bilingual in Spanish. Gigi lives in Riverside with her husband and two children.
