He is also actively involved in ground-up retail development, enabling him to represent one of the region’s leading gas station developers and operators.
A native of the Inland Empire, Albert brings over 27 years of diverse real estate experience, including leasing, sales, client relations, landlord and tenant representation, marketing, and contract negotiation. His straightforward approach ensures clients are always informed of marketing activities, market conditions, and the steps needed to close a deal. This method allows clients to react quickly to market changes, helping them preserve existing income streams while growing their commercial real estate portfolios.
